White Blend

A classic grape variety mostly found in Piedmont in Italy. Has a racy acidity but richer textural palate notes. It's generous and in this case some older oak has been used to help in the formation of a well-shaped palate. I've tasted this over two years now and the extra year is starting to make quite an impact.

Only a smidgeon of oak has been used in this largely tank fermented blend, but it's enough to put the finishes touches on a most attractive wine. Honeysuckle and nettle characters on the nose with a light drizzle of citrus. The palate is lively with a textural feel coming from that oak use. But it is still bright and flavoursome....
