Has a spicy aromatic lift with a tangy palate of subtle apricot and orange peel nuances. The fruit vibrant and the time in older oak has simply brought it together.

From the outset this small family run producer has made excellent blended whites The vineyard produces fruit of such purity and fruit vibrancy. This is another cracker with the minerally juicy passionfruit flavours augmented with a subtle use of oak through barrel fermentation. This is pinot gris with a little difference. It's been partially fermented in oak so you get that textural richness to augment the steelier lean varietal characters of the pinot gris. Light and fine with an apple crumble and cut pear combo doing their thing.

This is a variety just starting to make an impact. It's from the Riversdale vineyard and was fermented in used oak. It has a pale copper-like colour. The nose is spicy with an apple and pear combo. On the palate you get a fine leaner profile but one revealing good intensity on its light frame. Nice aperitif wine.

A bit of a Heinze blend of varieties from Pemberton. It's light and aromatic with a nutty creamy backdrop giving the wine poise. Six months in oak has muted the naturally high ended aromatics to create delightfully presented wine that is such a pleasure for current drinking.
