Crunchy, vibrant, juicy, flavoursome. These are just some of the terms you might use to describe this delightfully friendly blend of sauvignon blanc and semillon. On the nose, the passionfruit, gooseberry, citrus thing is so engaging, and then the palate has a real zingy crispness about it, slightly crunchy, with a clean, crisp, refreshing finish. Ideal to drink now or over the next few years.
