Fresh, racy, zippy, and crunchy. This is your quintessential SBS from Margaret River. From organically grown fruit it shows lovely brightness on the nose with crunchy passionfruit and citrus. The palate picks up a little more lemony tang, retaining its vibrant energy through to the finish. Clean and crisp with fine acidity.
