Hamelin Bay cabernet sauvignon 2025

A most elegant and stylish cabernet sourced from down at Karridale. Lovely red-fruited aromatics with some fragrant violet perfumes. The palate is medium-weight and totally seamless, but there’s intensity here and good fruit concentration, supported by a nice tannin and oak combination. Stacks of red berry character, a dollop of chocolate and just a fine minerality. A most complete wine.
