A variety that continues to find a home in many parts of the state. It’s wine of both purity and flavour. On the nose, a mix of nutty pear and citrus provides a nice opening. Then the palate displays richness with a dry savoury element pushing through to a long finish. There’s excellent texture and richness here held with focus and control.
