Vasse Felix Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

This is a cabernet of some class. It’s a stylish medium bodied wine displaying lively varietal blackcurrant notes with chalky limestone, bay leaf and graphite character. I can almost see old Vasse Felix Founder Tom Cullity smiling down on this with its poise and structure and deliberately persuasive understatement. Has the feel and integrity of the style he wanted from the start.
