Stormflower sauvignon blanc 2025

This is a more restrained version of sauvignon blanc, so you're not getting that overt big tropical whack. What you're getting is a wine that displays some gentle fruit characters supported with fine acidity that sustains a precise and pure, slightly minerally palate through to the finish. I do like this style; it's eminently drinkable and ideal in the short term. That slight chalky finish is most appealing.
