Stormflower Aurora Petillant Naturel 2023

A natural fermented sparkling wine using wild yeasts with no additions. The fermentation just happened and the result is a lightly fizzy wine ideal for drinking over the next 12 months. It was made with sauvignon blanc, chenin blanc and shiraz o give it the pink colour. Don't worry about the cloudiness. It's all part of it. Nice wine.
