Here is a chenin blanc from the heart of the Swan Valley that’s been made into a beautiful example of a sparkling wine. Has a creamy melon character with a subtle roasted nuttiness emerging. The palate is soft and flavoursome with a bright lift that extends through to a completely satisfying finish. Love that lift of melon and cut pear on the finish.
