Howard Park Jeté Premier Brut NV

This is largely an equal blend of pinot and chardonnay with just 5% pinot meunier so it's the three champagne varieties. The baseline for this was the '23 vintage, which was a good one. And the wine had about 22 months on lees, allowing it to pick up some nice subtle complexity and textural richness. Light lemony brioche on the nose and then a palate that is fine, elegant and well-defined. Long, precise crisp finish. Excellent wine.
