Forester Estate Sparkling Brut 2019

This is a mighty impressive sparkling wine. It's from the 2019 vintage which produced excellent fruit for sparkling. Aromas of freshly baked bread and morning brioche with a lemon rind infusion. The palate has a creamy stone fruit character but held, as it should be, with control to create a long and linear expression.
