The colour is a deep red, inky black almost, and it suggests there's plenty of weight. Fruit concentration is powerful. Concentrated plums, savoury notes, a little pepper, and even a trace of bonox. The palate is thick and dense with a nice lift of red fruits, providing a nice touch. It's smooth and seamless with a lovely velvety texture, and a finish that is poised and long.
