A crisp and punchy sauvignon blanc that has just a small amount of semillon in there. Lemony notes with traces of guava provide an attractive opening aroma. The palate is keen and crisp with a fine acidity adding precision. Subtle understated dried herbs and light gooseberry nuances complete things.
