The interesting thing about this savvy from Albany is the use of lees stirring. A regular weekly program of lees stirring has built in texture, complexity and further richness to create a really attractive style that combines the natural zesty fruit freshness with an extra level of intrigue. Crisp and long palate with plenty of those snow pea gooseberry flavours.
