Everything and everything in its place. This is a wonderful blend of sauvignon blanc and semillon, of which 74% of the savvy is matured for six months in new French oak. But here's the thing, the oak just sits patiently in the background without ever intruding, but still playing a role. Displays a pristine purity and vitality on the nose with the minerally crisp palate a feature.
