Nice strawberry and cherry characters emerge on the nose, while the palate delivers to a long finish. Light bodied and thoroughly delicious with a slight savoury dried herb finish appealing.

Appealing rose from tempranillo, a variety that suits this style so well. Light lift of strawberry and cherry with a dash of spice and dusty earth. It’s light bodied but with excellent texture complemented by a fine minerally acidity through to a dry savoury finish. Excellent food wine, here.

This comes from cabernet on the Talisman property. Immediately you know it's got a little more to it. For a start, the barrel fermented approach is evident initially on the nose and then confirmed on the textural palate. Perfumed raspberry and strawberry with a little orange peel nuance. Serious stuff, but ultimately a fun drink. Love it.
