As rosés go, this one absolutely nails it. It's an interesting mix of grenache, tempranillo and cournoise. It's pale pink, lightly onion-skinned, and quite brilliant in colour. The nose shows a lovely light red berry and red apple mix, and the palate, while light-bodied, has a lovely texture and mouthfeel, sustained to a long finish by crisp, fine acidity. A very lovely rosé style.
