Interesting take on riesling. It's all Porongurups and all fermented in amphora. Light pressing and wild fermentation has helped build a palate profile. It’s a sort of non-conforming wine with flavour and texture. Muted and less profound citrus aromas, but there is still a keen acidity to the finish.
