A distinctive style that Woody Nook has championed for some years. Barrel fermented with wild yeast in second use French oak with monthly lees stirring over seven months maturation. Brings that textural feel into play but retains the essential crisp acidity of the sauvignon blanc. Love the bright minerally and slightly chalky feel which promotes a linear palate.
