If you’re looking for a little more weight and intensity in your chardonnays, then this baby might be right up your alley. Made using the clay cement ovoid tank, which forces lees through a vortex, bringing a degree of opulence and richness to the palate. Rich butterscotch and slightly savoury characters merge seamlessly, creating a wonderful layered complexity.
