A delicious and appealing crémant sparkling wine made from 100% chenin blanc, a variety that is increasingly being made into sparklings. It's fragrant and fruity with a bright light palate. Crisp acid, a touch of baked bread and a squeeze of lemon, all work to create an ideal aperitif style wine.
