Ray Jordan’s review
A firmish Great Southern cabernet displaying structure and poise. The aromas are a mix of blackcurrant, plum and cherry with a lightly toasted overlay of oak. The palate, which opens up with breathing displays more vibrant dark fruit characters a slightly ironstone minerality complementing. Make sure you decant this one to bring out those attractive fruit characters.
