This should be the model for savvies using barrel fermentation. It’s a generous and flavoursome style, based on exceptional fruit, but the oak influence has been judged perfectly so the natural fruit vibrancy isn’t compromised. Creamy tropical stone fruit and slightly nutty characters merge and mingle into a wonderful expression of the variety and style.
