Comes off vines from two separate plantings. Spent 24 months in a mix of 25% new oak and older oak. It was also held in bottle an extra time to allow all the components to relax and settle. Exotic floral notes of roses and cherry fruits. The palate is soft and supple with plum and black cherry complemented with a little sarsaparilla character and finished with a minerally graphite edge. Recommended breathing even now to get the best from those floral notes.
