A rise that sits right in the modern style wheelhouse. It’s from pinot and has a crisp savouriness that is perfect for summer drinking especially with light nibbles. Pale pink onion skin colour with a savoury textured palate held through to a tight long finish. Lovely perfumed strawberry and raspberry aromas.
