Here’s something a little different, certainly from Margaret River. This is a beautiful example of the Spanish variety. Displaying salty lemon and pithy characters on the nose, with a little apple and pear, the palate is crisp and fresh, with that salty, saline edge adding a nice floral final finish. There’s a crunchy richness and some nice textural feel. Excellent wine for drinking in the short term.
