This stylish and elegantly structure cabernet comes from one mature vineyard in Wilyabrup along Caves Road. Dark blackcurrant and ripe plummy black olive fruits merge on the nose. The palate is velvety smooth showing a perfect integration of oak, tannin and fruit. An edgy minerally graphite and bay leaf with a dollop of chocolate to complete.
