The deep and powerful influence of the earthy and slightly savoury shiraz is evident immediately. The intensity and powerful fruit combination reveals immediately on the nose with a licorice, dark plum and rich dark chocolate character. The palate is a real powerhouse with deep and intense fruit flavours balanced by a decent hit of oak and firmish fine tannins.
