Cherubino The Yard Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

There is a delightful varietal purity with this cabernet which comes off the Riversdale vineyard in Frankland River. The blackcurrant characters are complemented by a natural ironstone and slightly meaty characters. The palate is plush with a firm core of chalky tannins working harmoniously with the oak. Dark chocolate and plummy fruit add to the focused finish.
