The most expressive example of Alkoomi cabernet from this terrific year. Vibrant and energetic while carrying the structure and poise you expect from the variety. Flavours of violets and other florals, blackcurrant, dark plum and a faint hint of mulberry. The palate shows assertive tannin strength with oak sitting neatly in support. A savoury, almost meaty finish completes this serious wine with excellent cellaring potential.
