This comes from Castelli's home block in Denmark. It's light boded yet conceals plenty of power within it's lightly framed palate. Aromas of varietal sour cherry weave through slightly gamey notes of damp earth and mushroom. Smooth and seamlessly integrated palate provides focus to an effortlessly long finish.
