Sittella Cuvee Blanc Nv Brut

Another wonderful example of the Sittella house style. It’s a 60% pinot noir and 40% chardonnay with a reserve wine that goes back to 2012. The colour is bright yellow and golden. The aroma is lovely combination of lemon brioche with a subtle underpinning of game and meatiness. Beautifully fragrant and vibrant. Traces of cashew and marzipan. Gets a little older oak in here to build texture and palate completeness. A complex house style that is really impressive.
