Cherubino Pemberton Sauvignon Blanc 2024

Cherubino sources this savvy from the excellent Channybearup Vineyard in Pemberton. It’s a lightly framed wine but has a delightful crunchy vibrancy with the influence of a small amount of barrel fermentation and three months in oak bringing it to life. Nice fine minerality with a lightly tropical, citrus and guava complexity. Nice wine.
