Cherubino Pemberton chardonnay 2024

A wonderful chardonnay that comes from the Channybearup Vineyard in Pemberton. Handpicked and then whole bunch pressed before natural fermentation in a new and old puncheon combination. Aromas of brioche and butterscotch with subtle cashew and lemon curd characters. The palate is powerfully stated with depth and intensity, driving through to a long finish.
