A modern expression of grenache, medium weight but with good structure and fruit intensity. Made with 30% whole bunch and partial carbonic maceration, it shows a delightful fruit lift. Aged for nine months in amphora, a nod to ancient Rome, it delivers bright red apple, rose petal, and raspberry, all in elegant restraint. The palate is seamless and integrated, with a lifted, pure finish.
