Evans & Tate Wild Cape Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

A smooth and generously dimensioned cabernet from this cooler season. On the nose there's a mix of plum and mulberry with the more typical cassis lurking behind. The palate then adds a rich chocolate character with a subtle edgier black olive tapenade. It’s balanced and ideal for current drinking.
