Evans & Tate Wild Cape Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

A fully ripe and juicy cabernet displaying all the blackcurrant varietal character of this variety. There's a little bay leaf and chocolaty back olive combination. The palate has good flesh which is supported by a firm core of chalky tannin and oak. A minerally graphite nuance completes the wine.
