Della Fay Vermentino 2023

This Italian variety has found a home in the soils of this part of Margaret River. The aromas are immediately engaging with the apple and pear combination lifted with a twist of lemon. It’s a light and fragrant style but it also has texture and mouthfeel which makes it such an immediately appealing wine. Great for summer with seafood.
