The Contis have been making chenin blanc for a long time, and they know a thing or two about it. In this case, they’ve turned some excellent fruit into a lovely sparkling wine. It retains the vibrant natural acidity that defines the variety, while time on lees has introduced a creamy richness to the palate. Fragrant, lively and fruit-driven, with bubbles that excite the finish.
