If you love chenin blanc you are going to love this take on the variety. Natural fermentation in barriques and amphorae. It then had regular lees stirring which is reflected in the palate texture. The process takes much of the varietal tropical fruit characters out, but then you get other notes of vanilla bean, cashew and subtle savoury characters. And it's just a bloody interesting drink.
