Chenin blanc makes quite a beautiful sparkling wine, and this one is the perfect example. The aromas show a strongly citrus aptly toasty character, while the palate, which has a natural acidity, has been complemented and developed with the use of time on lees in the bottle. It's added richness and texture and balances that precise acidity. Clean, crisp, and refreshing. Great summer drink.
