This is 55% Karridale and 45% Wills Domain. It was all handpicked and it shows. This is a wine of finesse and style. Some slightly toasty characters in there. This has about 40% new oak in here. The oak is beautifully applied with its subtle restraint. The toastiness comes from the new oak puncheons. Has a dry savoury and slightly flinty finish. Slightly briny with a chalky thread to the acidity. Some slight solids influence adds a subtle complexity. Has tremendous palate intensity.
