The key here has been to present the quality fruit with little winemaking intervention. I mean, why would you want to muck around with it when the vibrant natural fruit intensity presents with such balance and flavour intensity. Has a crunchy racy acidity sustaining through to the long finish. Finishes with a dry savouriness.
