There’s a light golden colour that is immediately attractive, The aromas of butterscotch and lemon curd with a little quince paste are engaging pointing to a wine of intensity. The palate is so well balanced with neatly managed oak spliced into the generous though precise fruit. Has a lifted minerality and crunchy chalky acidity providing vibrancy and energy.
