This is a chardonnay that relies less on winemaking intervention and is designed to present the variety and region in their clearest forms. The rich stone fruit flavours are balanced with a deft touch of oak. It works well because the quality of the fruit is so good. Ideal to drink in the shorter term while all those primary characters are so dominant.
