The old dry-grown vines play a significant role in this cabernet, which year after year delivers so much. It's a fine and elegant style with a mix of blackcurrant and bay leaf with a subtle limestone and graphite minerality. The palate is still tightly held, but within there is excellent fruit concentration and vibrancy. The lift of sage and dried herbs provides the final touch.
