Silky smooth, velvety palate is a feature of this exceptional cabernet. It's only just starting to reveal its qualities. Leafy black olive and subtle oyster shell minerality on the nose work neatly with the lively red and black fruit combination. Fine chalky tannins and a smooth introduction of oak have harnessed the palate and focussed it to a very long finish.
