Smooth, seamless, elegant, refined. You get the picture. A cabernet of such poise and polish, yet one with great power from this generous powerful vintage in Margaret River. Opens with a salvo of blackcurrant, dark chocolate and black olive fanned with a bay leaf and oyster shell minerality. The palate delivers with some presence, yet it does so with restraint and control. An effortless and most stylish cabernet.
