Ray Jordan’s review
A wine that can trace its DNA back to the very first cabernet vines that came into WA in the 19th century. A pretty and most beautiful medium bodied cabernet from a vintage that produced excellent fruit intensity. Perfumed red fruit on the nose with subtle cedar and minerally oyster shell. The palate is sublimely integrated with super fine though firm tannins and gentle use of oak. Delightful wine now but deceptively good for cellaring.
